Automation engineered where it runs:
on the plant floor.
Alan Scott Automation & Robotics designs and builds end-of-line automation for Indian industry - case packing since 2002, India’s first indigenously designed robotic palletizer in 2007, and since 2018 the BONDGREEN range that removes plastic from secondary and tertiary packaging. Machines are engineered, built and supported from our works at MIDC Rabale, Navi Mumbai, as part of the BSE-listed Alan Scott Enterprises group.

Invented here
AutoCollar was created for an SKU no imported machine handled - the Indian 15 kg tin. It is now an industry norm. The robotic palletizer of 2007 was designed in India, not licensed in.
Application-first design
Every machine is tailor-made around the customer’s SKUs, line speed and layout - from CasePacker080P for pouches to CasePacker120D for 180 ml bottles.
Uptime as a specification
A published machine MTBF of 7,800 hours and 24×7 online service. Overall equipment efficiency is guaranteed by design, not promised after commissioning.
Built at MIDC Rabale, Navi Mumbai.
Machines are fabricated, assembled, wired and trialled at our works in the MIDC Rabale industrial area, then commissioned at customer sites by our own engineers. The registered office operates from Santacruz East, Mumbai.
